Monica brings decades of hands-on food industry experience, from new product development for an international manufacturer to founding and scaling an ecommerce and storefront dessert business from launch to six-figure sales and, eventually, a successful sale. That real-world foundation, from product development to ownership, shapes every strategy she brings to clients.

Louis DiMeglio

Louis is a business strategist with a background spanning business development, financial operations, web technology, AI, and strategic planning. He played an integral role in the successful sale of Monica's business and brings that cross-functional experience to every engagement, from contract management and regulatory navigation to growth strategy and financial analysis.
